Refunds

Try before you subscribe. The opening of every book is free to read, with all annotations on, no account needed. Please use it -- it is the honest way to know whether an edition suits you.

Immediate access. Every book opens the moment you pay. At checkout you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to EU and UK purchases.

We refund your first payment anyway. Having waived that right, you still have ours: if your subscription disappoints you, write to support@covertocoverpress.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment. This is our policy rather than a legal obligation, and we do not ask for a reason.

Later months. We do not refund later monthly payments. You can cancel at any time from My books, and nothing more is charged; you keep reading until the end of the month you paid for. Paddle, as merchant of record, may still grant a refund under its own buyer terms.

What happens then. A refund ends your subscription at once, and every book closes. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method and usually arrive within a few business days. If a payment is reversed through your bank rather than through us, your subscription ends in the same way. Your place in each book is saved if you subscribe again.
