Cover to Cover sells a subscription to annotated editions of public-domain classics, read on this website. The seller is Asad Ali Khan, trading as Cover to Cover, a sole trader established in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@covertocoverpress.com.

Who you are buying from. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts. Your contract for the payments is with Paddle, and these terms govern how you use the library.

What you get. A subscription costs USD 6.99 a month. While it runs, it gives you a personal licence to read every book in the library here, signed in with your email. Tax is calculated at checkout according to where you are. It is not a download and may not be resold or shared beyond your own devices.

Renewal and cancelling. Your subscription renews every month, and Paddle charges the payment method you gave, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My books, under Manage subscription. You keep reading until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

If a payment fails, Paddle tries again for up to 30 days, and you keep reading meanwhile. If it still fails, your subscription ends. Your place in each book is saved if you come back.

Price changes. If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your first payment at the new price. You can cancel before then and pay nothing more.

If we close. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and stop renewals from that day. You keep reading until the end of the month you paid for.

What is ours, what is everyone's. The original texts are in the public domain. The annotations, panels, cover designs and this site are our copyrighted work. Automated copying or scraping is not permitted.

Accounts. Your email address is your account; sign-in is by one-time codes and links. Keep access to your inbox.

Fair dealing both ways. We may suspend access for abuse (sharing accounts, scraping); if we ever do so in error, write to us and we will put it right or refund you.

When things break. We work to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date above always shows the current version, and material changes are emailed to subscribers.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
